Instructions / School Rules for Guardians

Karate & Kickboxing: For extra karate and kickboxing classes guardians must pay Rs. 50 per month. Every student must join the class.

Computer Fees: Rs. 100.00

If you want to discuss school fees, please come during school hours and speak with the Principal, Vice-Principal, Teacher-in-Charge, or Office staff.

For hostellers, guardians must pay Rs. 500 per month for washing and ironing clothes.

To pay the fee you must bring the student's fee book.

When a school teacher requests a meeting with a guardian, it is crucial for the guardian to attend. If the guardian is unable to attend, the school may take alternative measures to ensure the student's well-being and academic progress.

Parents who take their child home temporarily must submit a family photo and an identity card.

Hostellers' parents who give any type of food items to their child must provide a written list of the food items with their signature.

All students who are absent from class for any reason must submit an application to the Principal.

If hostellers' parents want to take their child during class hours for any reason or occasion, they must first submit an application to the Hostel In-charge.

Parents who fail to pay fees on time: after the annual exam, their child will not be registered in the next class/session until fees are cleared.
